| End of an Era - ACT! Version 6 |
|
In our last newsletter, we mentioned that Sage ACT! were discontinuing the distribution of ACT! Version 6 as of the 31st December 2007. We were able to take stock of all the remaining licences however we are sad to say that we have now sold the last of ACT! Version 6 licences.
Please note that Act Today will still support businesses using ACT! 6 however we are unable to provide you with additional licences.
If you require new licences for your business, please contact your local consultant, visit our web site or call the Head Office on 02 9431 2222 for information on upgrading.

Do you ever waste time searching for the correct Postcode when entering a new contact into ACT!? Have you had mail returned because it had an incorrect postcode?
Postcodes for ACT! will not only save you time looking for postcodes, it ensures that you have the correct postcode!
By simply entering in the suburb, Postcodes for ACT! automatically inserts the correct State and Postcode. If there is more than one postcode for that suburb (PO Box and Street address OR more than one suburb in Australia with the same name) a list will appear - see image below. Once you select the postcode, the State and Postcode fields are populated.
Postcodes for ACT! also detects a change in the suburb if you update the record and automatically updates the State and Postcode!
