Unsorted reports now follow current Contact List view sort. In past releases, an unsorted report automatically sorted by Contact and Company. Now unsorted reports will follow the selected Contact List view sort
SDK
Using the Software Development Kit we can now enable one-to-many custom sub-entities (Tables Views in Tabs). These custom entities can be associated with Contacts, Groups, or Companies.

- We all know how important it is to backup data..sometimes we often realise this when it is too late! We recommend you backup on a regular basis. To simplify the process of backing up your data, ACT! comes with an integrated backup utility. Even if your database is backed up on the server, it is still advisable to perform a backup, especially prior to any major action such as Database Maintenance, Editing Fields or doing an Edit > Replace. This article provides you with the steps to backup your database and restore it if required. The Backup and Restore is also used if you want to move your database to a new location.
