The courses are ideal for small business with only one or two staff using ACT!, or for new staff who join your team. If you have more than 2 people who require training, we suggest that you consider Custom Training ACT! 6 Introductory and Basic Skills A half day course that covers all the basic functions of ACT! 6. We demonstrate the concepts of CRM and how you can achieve these using ACT! 6. Audience: Individuals who have never used ACT! previously or current ACT! users who would like to increase their knowledge of the functions of ACT! 6. Duration: 4 hours Pre-Requisites: Understanding of Basic Windows operations. Able to navigate Windows and use mouse. Cost: $275 inc GST per person Course Contents: See Course Outline ACT! 7 Everyday A full day course that covers all the basic functions for ACT! 7. We demonstrate the concepts of CRM and how you can achieve these using ACT! 7. Audience: Individuals who have never used ACT! previously, current ACT! 7 users who would like to increase their knowledge of the functions of ACT! 7.
