How to Order
Once you have decided on what products you require, simply let us know what you would like by contacting
us (see contact details below) and we will send you an order form
via email or fax.
Note: As there are so many product variations, we do not send out blank order forms. Our order forms are complete with the products that you want to order.

Complete the payment details on the form and fax it back to our Head
Office. All software distribution is handled from our Head Office
in St Leonards, NSW.
We ship orders on the same day we receive your order*.
All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. If you require
overnight delivery, please request this at time of purchase.

Converting from previous versions of ACT! requires cleaning the existing
database, manipulating data into correct fields and a general health check
prior to conversion. The extent of work will depend on how much customisation,
the type of customisations, number of records, users etc. To get the best
conversion results, it would be prudent to have your existing database
checked and cleaned prior to conversion and we strongly suggest you organise
your Act Today consultant to assist in this process. Bear in mind you
cannot convert backwards, so if you have issues with data not converting
as expected, it is difficult and time intensive process to redo the conversion
and consolidate the data.

Terms & Conditions
- Payment must be received prior to shipping of product or supply of
licences. Direct deposits normally take 24 hours to process into our
account.
- Mail is processed at 2pm each day. Orders received later than 2pm
will be sent the following day.
- We suggest that you read the System
Requirements for the Version of ACT! you are purchasing as
there is only a 30 day refund policy available on boxed software purchases.
- Any refund/s required for boxed software products must be returned
at the expense of the purchaser and in the same condition that the product
was sent. Refunds incur a minimum 10% restocking fee.
- There are no refunds for download products or versions of ACT! other than the current version.
- Software is sent to the address on the order form unless informed
otherwise. Additional expenses incurred as a result of redirection of
the software is at the expense of the purchaser.
- The Postage and Handling fee covers insurance of the software therefore
if lost in transit, Act Today will take responsibility for the recovery
of the product and re-send as soon as possible.
- Purchase of software only does not include free technical support.
