Our Public Courses are designed as an easy and inexpensive way to receive individual ACT! training. The courses are ideal for small business with only one or two ACT! users, or for new staff members who join your team and need to get up to speed quickly. If you have more than 2 people who require training, we suggest that you consider On-Site Training.

ACT! Essentials Course

A full day course using the latest version of ACT! that covers all the basic functions of ACT! and more! We demonstrate the concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how you can achieve these using ACT!.

Audience: Individuals who have never previously used ACT!. Current ACT! users who have never received formal ACT! training. Anyone who would like to get more out of ACT! and improve their day to day productivity!

Duration: 7 hours (including breaks)

Pre-Requisites: Understanding of Basic Windows operations. Able to navigate Windows and use mouse.

Cost: $495 inc GST per person (includes comprehensive ACT! Essentials Manual). Book and pay 2 weeks prior to the course date and pay only $385 inc GST.
