About Support
In today’s complex computer environment, support has become an important business component to help maximise the investment in your Contact Management system.
At Act Today, we understand that every business has different requirements which is why we offer various options for your support package.
What are the advantages of investing in a Support Package?
Support is a little like insurance, you never know when you will need it. When you do, you'll be glad that you have it! The following essential elements are built into each contract:
- Support for ACT! 2000/5 and above.
- Operational Support - non-technical matters e.g. “How do I?” questions relating to ACT!.
- Technical Support - includes program bugs, program errors and other technical issues related to ACT!. Although the Act Today support team will endeavour to resolve any technical problem over the phone, sometimes this is not possible and requires a consultant on-site to rectify the problem which is charged at the standard hourly rate. As an alternative, a member of our support team can access your machine remotely (with your permission) to resolve the problem.
- Priority phone and email support to have you up and running again quickly.
- E-mail notification of the latest updates, hot fixes and upgrades.
- Fixed cost yearly support.
- Annual renewable agreement.
- Available 9:00am – 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Other times are available on request.
