Michael Bryant is the Founder and Managing Director of Act Today. With over 17 years experience with ACT!, Michael is an internationally recognised expert in the industry. As well as providing ongoing consulting services to his clients, Michael has also managed to build a team of the best ACT! consultants in Australasia.

Michael commenced his career in the building industry, initially in Project Management and progressing into Business Management. It was during this period that Michael recognised that many businesses lacked an understanding of the importance of managing business relationships and workflow processes. When Michael was introduced to ACT!, he immediately recognised and believed in the concepts which instigated his passion for ACT!.

In 1992, Michael founded Act Today and quickly built a reputation for providing specialised ACT! solutions through his extensive knowledge and excellent service. Michael’s background in Business Management enabled him to assist other businesses to improve their workflow processes and help them to understand how these processes increase productivity allowing them to do the most important thing – look after their customers!

The national demand for Michael’s services triggered the inevitable expansion of the business. Through a comprehensive selection and training process of each new consultant, Michael developed a professional and expert team to service the growing ACT! community. Act Today now has 22 ACT! Certified Consultants located nationwide as well as a full time programmer and a team of support staff to provide a complete range of quality services.

To ensure Act Today’s superior service and knowledge remains unsurpassed in the industry, Michael remains heavily involved with the consulting team on a day to day basis as well as conducting bi-monthly 2-day workshops.

Being the leading ACT! Trainer, Sage ACT! has recruited Michael to train new independent ACT! Certified Consultants in Australia and New Zealand. Michael is also a member of Sage’s BPAC (Business Partner Advisory Council), a select group of Sage Business Partners that meet with Sage executives to provide feedback and perspective on product features and development, corporate strategy, industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Throughout Michael's involvement with ACT!, he has independently implemented well in excess of 1000 ACT! solutions for both small and large businesses from a myriad of industries; including a 1200 ACT! user rollout for AMP and a 550 user rollout for Mortgage Choice.

Michael’s commitment to understanding a business’s requirements in order for them to better manage information and relationships has been his number one motivator. It is through this commitment and his dedication to both the consultants and clients that makes Act Today unique.

Michael is married with four children and lives on Sydney’s North Shore. Michael’s outside interests include golf, fishing, boating and camping.
