With this knowledge, Lisa was able to develop a wealth of experience in Information Technology and Database Systems through positions such as Database Administrator with Reed Construction Data. In this capacity, Lisa was responsible for managing sales databases and creating reports for the sales and marketing departments.
Lisa also spent 6 years as a laboratory chemical engineer which involved researching and developing new products for a Paint manufacturing company.
With a passion for ACT!, Lisa enjoys helping businesses implement a customised ACT! database to manage and improve their customer relationships.
Lisa believes that an integral component of a successful ACT! implementation is well a tailored ACT! user training program. Effective training enables users to work efficiently and get the most out of their ACT! system.
Supporting clients through the entire implementation process and with ongoing support, Lisa is able to witness firsthand the benefits of increased productivity which obviously satisfies both Lisa and her clients.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys listening to classical music and mountain climbing.
