Mitch has a unique background of utilizing ACT! in many different industries as a business consultant in the Washington DC area in America. An avid ACT! user for over 12 years Mitch has implemented ACT! for businesses that ranged from selling IT to the US Government to not-for-profit organizations within the States.

After moving to New Zealand in 2005 Mitch saw the value that ACT! would bring to New Zealand businesses and has been delivering ACT! solutions since 2007 through creative implementations.

Prior to becoming an ACT! consultant, as an ACT! user, Mitch found promoting ACT! an easy transition. Mitch proudly states to his prospects and customers,  “I didn’t come to New Zealand with the intention of selling ACT!, I sell ACT! in New Zealand because I’ve been a user of ACT! for many years and know the value it brings to any business that implements it.”

Mitch is very proud of the diverse range of businesses he has been able to assist through implementing ACT!. From a major builder proclaiming that he has doubled his profit margins, to a small cafe increasing sales by over $50,000 annually, both are directly attributed to installing ACT!. Mitch enjoys seeing his customer’s real return on investment through the ACT! systems he designs and implements for them.

Having been an ACT! Consultant on his own for several years Mitch was approached to be part of the ACT Today team in New Zealand. Recognizing the value that ACT Today brings not only to Mitch as a consultant, but also to his clients in the extended resources available to them, Mitch became a part of the ACT Today team in 2010.
