Advancing into the role of Systems Administration Officer, Noel was responsible for monitoring the system and maintaining database integrity, reporting and maintenance. During this time, Noel enhanced his knowledge by studying Programming and Administration (UNIX), Project Management and Advanced Database Techniques using Microsoft Access.
After a move to Suncorp Metway, Noel was promoted to Business Analyst which involved the Analysis and Reporting of Business Systems using Microsoft Access. Noel was an integral part of the Continous Improvement Projects providing Staff Training on various systems including a 50 staff "Help Desk".
In 2000, Noel spent a number of years as Manager of Child Care Centres. Utilising his IT skills, Noel developed websites for these centres before joining ABC Learning Centres in 2004. Noel was responsible for the purchase, licensing and operational settlement of new Child Care Centres. During this time, Noel developed the Acquisitions CRM Database to manage workflow for in excess of 200 Childcare Centres annually in Australia and New Zealand.
Having worked in both large Corporate, Small Business and Government Positions over the past 20 years, Noel has acquired the ability to thoroughly understand his clients requirements. As an ACT! Consultant, Noel combines his Database knowledge and experience with his ability to recognise and comprehend the client needs to create a CRM system that improves business processes and workflow efficiency.
Noel is a long-time and very active member of the Brisbane Lions Australian Rules Football Club. Noel is also a keen golfer and member at a local club.
