What do you need to know to administer an Act! database? What’s involved in installing and setting up Act!? What do you need to do to keep the database in good shape? We hope to answer these questions and more in this 3 hour hands-on workshop.

We aim to empower you to build up your administrative skills so you can perform high level tasks that would normally be conducted by your consultant.

Act! has some amazing troubleshooting tools that are underutilised by most users because they are unaware of their existence!
