Custom Activity Date Field Update

Updates a date field when a custom activity is cleared.

Act! comes with several standard activity types as well as the ability to create your own Activity Types.

The ‘Custom Activity Date Field Update’ Addon enables you to create a date field in Act! with the same name as your Custom Activity which will be updated when the activity is cleared. Just like when you clear a ‘Call’ and a Call Date field is updated (see the Contact Access tab).

For example
You create a Custom Activity called ‘Support’ and a date field called ‘Support’. When the Support Activity is cleared, the Support Date field is automatically updated so everyone can see the last time support was provided to that contact.

Custom Activity Date Field Update is a site licence so it works for all users.
