Important message regarding your Act! v18 product

In accordance with the Act! Obsolescence Policy, support for Act! version 18 ends on November 30th, 2018. After this date, no further service packs, hotfixes, or compatibility updates will be delivered for Act! v18.x products, and users will no longer be eligible to receive support from Act! for any issues encountered with your product.

To avoid potential risk of disruption to your business and to ensure compatibility with Windows 10, Office 2016 and 64-bit software, upgrading to the latest version is strongly recommended. Changes to integrated 3rd-party products and services may also impact the use of Act! v18, including Google and Microsoft Outlook, and will not be supported after this date.
