Marita joined the Act Today team in 2015.  Her wealth of business experience, accumulated throughout her career, spans various industries including design, construction and real estate has been an asset to the team.

Marita has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and shares her skill, experience and knowledge with the Act Today team with good humor and a caring disposition. In 2014, Marita moved back to Sydney with her beloved dog ‘Teddy’ to be close to her 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters.

As part of the Act Today head office team, Marita manages the day to day accounting and administration side of the business. We were lucky enough to have Marita join our team and share her skills, knowledge, wisdom and humour.

Peter McCarty is an Act! Certified Consultant with over 20 years of experience.

Peter’s initial work experience included several years as a Microsoft certificated professional trainer specialising in the use of database applications. He joined Act Today in 2002 with the vision and expertise to design CRM systems for small businesses tailored to their specific requirements.

He prioritises clients’ needs, has dealt with a diverse range of businesses and has sound business analyst skills.

Peter has been awarded the Act consultant of the year award twice. He is married with 3 children and when not solving business & technology challenges enjoys AFL, tennis, keeping fit and spending time with family.

Peter covers Adelaide and the South Australian region for Act Today.

Michael Bryant founded Act Today back in 1992 after realising the importance of small businesses having a deep and strong relationship with their customers.

Michael's experience in CRM and business management is extensive. Before Act Today, Michael worked in management and analytical roles within the building industry. He was introduced to CRM and immediately saw the power and efficiencies an organisation could gain in implementing CRM. However, most small businesses just didn’t have the expertise necessary to ensure the best possible implementation of CRM.

As an independent consultant, Michael worked with large and small businesses, across a diverse range of industries. He has implemented CRM solutions for companies such as AMP and Mortgage Choice, as well as given advice and support to start-up organisations who understand the importance of CRM from the onset.

Michael grew the Act Today consulting business into a team of local CRM experts who all have expertise in CRM strategy and execution. Each consultant is also an Act! Certified and runs their own consulting businesses specialising in Act! CRM.

Now, after 30 years with Act Today, Michael has retired as an internationally recognised industry expert in CRM and leaves the business in the safe hands of an experienced team, trained & mentored by Michael for two decades.
