Luke joined the team at Act Today after graduating with a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University.

Luke is often the first point of contact for our customers at Act Today. His attention to detail and empathetic approach to customer service are two key attributes he brings to work - and this means our customers are well looked after from the moment they call us.

His active listening skills means he can quickly identify our customer’s needs and requirements and point them in the right direction. Luke ensure a smooth transition for our customers in effectively communicating the customer needs to our consultants. He is fast learning the benefits of Act! CRM and the value it provides in managing customer relationships.

Shirley is the Act! National Sales Manager for New Zealand, she partners with Mitch Weimer in successfully implementing and supporting the New Zealand market with Act! CRM products and services.

Shirley’s background in managing and mentoring sales teams means that she understands the pressure these teams are under to meet and exceed business expectations and sales targets. She is a key advocate of using CRM solutions to help sales teams run more efficiently and effectively.

Shirley has a genuine care for people, especially her customer’s needs, and is highly motivated to help business owners achieve their personal and business goals. Many of Shirley’s clients can easily power through their day, go home early and spend more time enjoying the important things in life that they love and enjoy.

Shirley and Mitch are a power pair when it comes to representing Act Today in New Zealand. Their drive for success has resulted in them being awarded 2 major Act Today Franchise Awards including - Highest Sales Growth and Act! Consultant of the year.

Mitch is an Act! Certified consultant, working with Act Today since 2010.

Mitch has over 20 years of experience using Act! as a consultant however, he initially started as an early adopter of Act! realising the benefits and seeing how it helped businesses grow. Mitch implemented Act! In numerous organisations across a range of industries from IT companies and government agencies to not-for-profit organisations across the US.
After moving to New Zealand in 2005 Mitch saw the value that Act! would bring to New Zealand businesses and has been delivering Act! solutions since 2007 through creative implementations.

Mitch is very proud of the diverse range of businesses he has been able to assist through implementing Act!. From a major builder proclaiming that he has doubled his profit margins to a small cafe increasing sales by over $50,000 annually, both are directly attributed to installing Act!. Mitch enjoys seeing his customer’s real return on investment through the Act! systems he designs and implements for them. Mitch has built a loyal following of clients in New Zealand and loyalty is a key driver of why Mitch advocates Act! - it is the tool that helps businesses take care of their loyal customers.

Due to the soaring demand for services, Mitch has partnered with his wife Shirley and a team of CRM support experts to grow the business and provide coverage for the whole of New Zealand for Act Today.

Rob Dixon is an Act! Certified Consultant, working with Act Today since 2002.

Rob’s experience with CRM started client side, working in technical roles for a US-based, worldwide supplier of computer-aided design and manufacturing systems. He has introduced and implemented several database systems including Act!

Given his deep understanding of database systems and integration, Rob is able to analyse and articulate CRM requirements for any size business, from an simple “out-of-the-box” solution through to complex implementations requiring custom programming and integration with other systems.

Along with Rob’s wealth of knowledge and experience, he also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Cartography) from RMIT.

Rob is extremely professional and highly skilled, he can easily integrate with any systems team to consult on implementation requirements or he can work with a business project team and provide the end to end service.

It is these high standards of customer services that won him the Act Today’s Customers Excellence Award.
