ContAct! – Issue 1

Welcome to the first issue of our new ContAct!

It’s amazing to think how quickly the year is racing by and that we are already in October. There are some exciting events happening in the Act! world this month starting the launch of Act! v17. There has also been a change in the distribution of Act! software as of 1st October which has resulted in some improvements to Act! Software Assurance. We are also excited to announce the launch of our new Act Today website.

Change in Act! Distribution

Swiftpage International Limited has taken over the distribution of Act! in Australia and New Zealand as of 1st October 2014. Swiftpage acquired Act! and SalesLogix from The Sage Group in 2013 however the actual distribution of Act! for the past 2 years was managed by ACTCRM Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Melbourne.

Who is Swiftpage?

New Act Today Website

We are excited to finally announce the launch of our new website We wanted to create a site where you can easily access the latest information on Act! including software downloads and updates as well as our many services. You can book into Act! courses and workshops at Training and Courses or attend a live webinar demonstrating the new features of Act! v17. If you need help with Act!, we have a variety of different methods to support you.

We will also be regularly updating our blog to keep you informed with Act! news, tips and expert advice for your CRM. If you have any topic suggestions or comments about our site, please let us know.
